   1-Loan for personal / business needs against first mortgage of self- occupied residential
      house / flat.
   2-Loan amount starting from Rs. 2, 00, 000.
   3-60% of the value of the property.
   4-Term up to 15 years.
 
 
 
Loans to Professionals for office for their professional practice.
   1-Loans for medical practitioners, Engineers, Chartered Accountants, Architects in professional
       practice.
   2-Loans up to 90% of the property cost.
   3-Loan amount starting from Rs. 10, 00, 000.
   4-Term up to 10 years.
 
 
 
Loan for Purchase of plots/ sites
  1-Loan advanced for the purpose of plots/ sites from Government and Statutory Bodies etc.
  2-Loan amount ranging from Rs. 1, 00, 000 to Rs. 1, 00, 00, 000.
  3-Max. term 15 years
 
 
 
Loan against liquid securities acceptable to the company
 1-Loan against Fixed Deposit of Nationalized Banks, Life Insurance Policies having surrender 
   value and Post Office instruments like National Savings Certificates, Kissan Vikas Patra.
 2-Loan up to 95% of face value of liquid security or surrender value in case of Life Insurance
   Policies. Minimum Loan Rs. 50, 000.
 3-Term up to 20 years.
 
 
 
Loans to Corporate Employees (CEHL)
  1-Scheme for employees of PSU, Public Limited and selected private Ltd. Companies.
  2-Lower rate of interest if EMI payment is through Salary deduction.
  3-Upfront fee waiver up to 0.50%.
 
 
 
Loan against Securitization of Rentals
  1-Loans for personal/ Business needs against first mortgage of property leased out to certain
  2-specified category of Leesees and securitization of rentals there from.
  3-Loans starting from Rs. 10, 00, 000.
  4-Term equal to unexpired lease term or 10 years, whichever is lower.
  5-Loan repayment through Rent diversion directly from Lessee or through Escrow Mechanism.
 
 
 
Griha Suraksha
  1-Scheme where the loan is covered under group insurance of LIC of India. In case of death,
     the outstanding loan is recovered out of policy proceeds; family of the loanee continues
     enjoy ownership of the house without further liability.
  2-Low premium policy where mortgage risk is covered.
  3-Maximum term up to 20 years.
  4-Maximum loan cover Rs. 20, 00, 000.
 
 
 
Scheme for pensionable employees
  1-For government employees eligible for pension (aged 50 years & above)
  2-Extended loan term beyond retirement up to 15 years or 65 years of age whichever is less.
  3-Reduced EMI on balance loan term
 
 
Griha Jestha Scheme
  1-Loan for allotees of residential units in Care Homes projects of LICHFL Care Homes Ltd.
  2-Minimum loan: Rs. 1, 00,000/- and maximum loan: 75% of consideration amount.
  3-Term up to 20 years or subject to conditions applicable for the schemes for pensionable
     employees.
